Bart Longson

CEO/Founder

Bart founded Clicklease in 2018 and is most proud of the hundreds of families Clicklease has been able to employ. Before founding Clicklease, he co-founded Snap Finance and worked for more than 20 years in homebuilding and private lending. While starting and running two successful companies, Bart worked as a referee in the NFL and in Division 1 college football.
Bart loves growing companies and watching businesses go through challenges and succeed.

His advice for small businesses:
“Put your blinders on and become great at your core business.”

Doug Houlahan

Chief Commercial Officer

Doug has worked in equipment leasing and finance for more than 22 years. He’s seen banks evolve to the point that they only offer financing to people who don’t really need it. Clicklease is the third independent equipment finance company Doug has helped build. He joined Clicklease as the first employee because he and Bart shared a vision for what micro-ticket equipment financing should look like.

Doug’s advice for small businesses is also a Clicklease value: “Know your numbers!”

Alex Nash

Chief Financial Officer

Alex joined Clicklease in 2021. He has a degree from the Eccles School of Business at the University of Utah and has worked in finance for more than 14 years. Before joining Clicklease he worked as the VP of Finance at Progressive Leasing.

Jake Barlow

Chief Sales Officer

Jake built Clicklease’s sales team from the ground up since he joined Clicklease in 2019. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance sales and has a degree in Professional/Technical Sales from Weber State University. Prior to joining the Clicklease team, Jake worked as the Director of Regional Sales at Progressive Leasing. He and his team are hustling to bring affordable financing options to sellers around the country.

Larry Tewell

Chief Operating Officer

Larry and his team are building a world-class service operation for business partners and small businesses. Larry believes small businesses are the lifeblood of the American economy, so he’s honored to help them succeed. He has more than 30 years of Operations leadership experience in companies like Wells Fargo, GMAC, and Citigroup. Larry studied at the University of Nebraska and the University of Southern California.
Larry’s piece of advice for small businesses: “Integrity drives customer loyalty.”

Jeff Hatch

Chief Risk Officer

Jeff joined Clicklease with almost 30 years of experience leading Risk teams at some of the nation’s largest financial institutions. He’s been proud to help Clicklease dominate the micro-ticket leasing market. He believes that equipment financing should be a simple, easy, and quick process for small businesses.

Jeff has lived in Tonga, New Zealand, and Guatemala, but currently lives in Ogden, Utah.

Jordan Barker

Chief Marketing Officer

Jordan was the first digital marketing hire at Pluralsight and built their digital marketing programs from the ground up. In his marketing career, he’s worked with some of the biggest tech, telecom, and healthcare companies in the world, but he’s most proud of his experience owning his own business, growing it more than 30% year over year.

Jordan’s advice to small businesses: “Know your strengths AND your weaknesses and hire accordingly.”

Justin Boyle

SVP of Compliance

After more than 20 years as an executive at GE Capital, Justin joined the Clicklease team because he wanted to help fill a void for small businesses and help them succeed. Justin’s first job was working in his family’s own small business, where he fell in love with process improvement and looking for new ways to do things.

Justin’s advice to small business owners: “If you can visualize success and share your vision, you can change the future.”
